Team

Process

We consult with leaders to move teams to collaborative, cooperative, high functioning units. We assess, through interviews of team members, issues that show up as conflicts around goals, data, structure, process, values and interpersonal misunderstandings. A very trusting but task focused environment is created to allow team members to air issues without getting bogged down in them. Through a facilitated group process, agreements to new behaviors and processes are reached, freeing group members to focus on team goals and objectives with a renewed sense of commitment and vision.
