Peer Learning Groups are a powerful tool to deepen employee, management and leader skills in areas that the organization has identified as important, ultimately enhancing productivity and improving work relationships. A regularly scheduled, facilitated session for 8 to 10 peer level participants, Peer Learning Groups offer a select group of employees the opportunity to discuss, brainstorm and share best practices on issues they are facing, and gain insight that helps maximize their effectiveness and improve their work relationships. Peer Learning Groups meet on a regular schedule, typically monthly or bi-monthly, or on a schedule defined by the organization. The content and format of the Peer Learning Group will vary by group and is based on the needs of the organization and the group. These groups are an effective add-on to organization-wide learning initiatives and can be the impetus for achieving desired learning results. |
